The Heaven Born Kit includes everything you need to make 25
pillows (pillow panels, pocket panels, HB Books, ribbon & gift tags,
scented sheets, and detailed instructions) plus a sample pillow as an example
of the finished product. All you need is stuffing and white thread, and of
course, volunteers!
Pillow Night for your group is a fun time of
cutting, sewing, trimming and stuffing. Women don't have to be able to sew,
there's plenty of other ways they can be involved and enjoy the experience. My
hope is to grow these groups and the distribution of the pillows. Not only does
it serve a unique purpose (as there is not much support for women who
experience an early loss) but it supports crafting and the social needs women
face in our fast-paced dual working families. Like the old-fashioned quilting
bees that our grandmas used to enjoy, it's a great time of "craft therapy" with
women connecting in a united effort to help these hurting moms in their
communities.
We will supply you with flyers, brochures, and emails for
monthly updates to help you build your list of volunteers. Our slogan is to
